HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

When making a reservation, you will be asked to request a call-back from myself. This will enable me to tune into your needs and get a better understanding of your intentions. If it feels aligned for us to move forward, we will agree on a mutually beneficial time to schedule your initial session. When you click the book now button, you will be able to submit a request for a callback.

DELIVERY

All call sessions will be conducted via WhatsApp or Zoom. Content photography for your event will be captured using a high-quality camera phone that was especially designed for content creation. Following on-site coverage of your event, the delivery of the work product (images and report) will follow the outlined timeline below:

  • Image delivery within 5 business days post-event

  • Bespoke Quantum Food Storytelling Strategy Report within 7 business days post-event

BOOKING POLICY

The specifics regarding your event will be addressed during your initial enquiry. This allows us to ensure availability and calculate any additional costs that may be required for travel and/or accommodation arrangements. Once we have agreed to move forward, you will be sent an invoice for full payment including any travel and accommodation expenses. The pathway will be confirmed and will commence once payment has been made.

As our services are tailored to the client's specifications and initiated immediately upon payment, the right to cancel within the usual 14-day period does not apply, when they book online or over the phone. Clients are made aware of this exemption at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds.

Therefore upon successful completion of your project, 25% of the total cost of your investment prior to transactional fees, is donated to charities spearheading food security and core relief initiatives across Wales, Africa and the Middle East.
